Job Responsibility
Creative Strategy & Execution: Design and develop compelling communication
and marketing assets presentations, brochures, videos, posters, contests, and
engagement campaigns.
Customer Engagement: Plan and implement multi-channel programs (Email,
SMS, WhatsApp, and beyond) to drive customer connect and loyalty.
B2B Content Leadership: Engage enterprise clients with smart, insight-driven
content that positions DocOnline as a thought leader.
Localized Communication: Reproduce and adapt content in multiple languages
to connect with vernacular-speaking audiences across India.
Performance Tracking: Measure ROI and effectiveness of all
marketing/engagement campaigns with data-backed insights.
Content Custodianship: Manage and standardize all marketing assets
brochures, case studies, newsletters, website, articles, videos, and social posts.
Market Opportunities: Proactively identify and evaluate opportunities for
partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising.
