Role Overview:

The Marketing Communication Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing communication strategies that strengthen brand positioning, drive customer engagement, and support retail and digital growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement brand-aligned marketing communication strategies across online and offline channels
• Manage brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual consistency across campaigns, retail, and digital platforms
• Lead content creation for campaigns, lookbooks, catalogues, social media, website, and in-store communication
• Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives
• Coordinate with creative agencies, PR partners, influencers, photographers, and stylists
• Work closely with design, retail, e-commerce, and social media teams to ensure cohesive communication
• Oversee PR activities, media coverage, press releases, and brand collaborations
• Manage marketing calendars, budgets, and campaign timelines
• Track campaign performance and derive insights to optimize communication strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Management, or related field
• 58 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in luxury fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands
• Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and storytelling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience handling 360 marketing campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and agencies
• Creative mindset with strong strategic thinking
