Marketing Communications Manager

Reporting to: Head Marketing & VP Marketing

Role Overview:

The Digital Lead will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media presence, and leading brand-building and employer-branding initiatives. The role focuses on enhancing visibility and engagement across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook through data-driven campaigns and creative storytelling. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in digital marketing within real estate or a related industry. Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead strategy and execution for digital marketing, social media, and brand communication campaigns.

2. Manage the organizations presence across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.

3. Drive employer branding and digital content creation aligned with the brand identity and positioning.

4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agencies for cohesive campaign delivery.

5. Track campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.

6. Oversee paid and organic digital campaigns to build audience engagement and strengthen brand equity.

7. Ensure consistency in messaging and tone across digital channels.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

67 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or allied sectors .

Proven experience managing brand presence and digital strategy at a senior level.
