This role sits at the intersection of creatives, performance marketing, and user psychology .
Youll help shape NIATs ad messaging by working with creative teams, tracking competitors, and speaking directly to students.
What Youll Do
- Coordinate daily ad creatives with copy, design, and performance teams
- Review creatives for clarity, brand tone, and messaging quality
- Do 2 student user calls daily (17-20 yrs) to understand fears & motivations
- Convert insights into ad hooks, scripts, and briefs
- Track competitor ads, landing pages, and messaging
- Analyze creative performance (CTR, CPC, CPL) and share learnings
