About the Role

Techtinium Technologies is hiring a Marketing & Communications Associate to support audience engagement and campaign execution for our client, who is a space research organization from California.

This role combines content creation, campaign coordination, and operational execution. You will work on email campaigns, audience communications, and engagement programs ensuring that content is well written and delivered accurately through structured systems.

This is not a strategy-only or idea-only role. It is designed for someone who enjoys writing and takes ownership of execution, tracking, and follow-through. You will receive training in campaign workflows, marketing systems, and engagement practices, but you are expected to be detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working with structured tools.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content & Messaging

• Write clear, engaging content for email campaigns, newsletters, and engagement updates
• Adapt messaging for different audience segments using marketing automation tools
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and campaign objectives

2. Campaign Execution & Operations (Core Responsibility)

• Set up, test, and execute email campaigns accurately and on schedule.
• Prepare and send personalized communications using Word and Mail Merge.
• Maintain clean and accurate audience data in CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Track campaign assets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.

3. Coordination & Support

• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to support ongoing campaigns.
• Assist with logistics for online events and engagement activities.
• Review campaign results and flag opportunities for improvement in content or process.

Requirements

• Experience with email marketing or automation tools
• Exposure to CRM systems like Salesforce
• Basic understanding of campaign tracking or reporting
