CLIENT: Premium gourmet and condiments brand into Cooking Pastes,Sauces, Ketchup, Puree, Peanut Butter etc
Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving end-to-end B2C growth for the Condiments product range by leading product marketing, digital demand generation to pave the path for national sales execution across General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and E-commerce / Quick Commerce platforms.
This is a strategic product marketing role to ensure strong brand presence, availability, visibility, and revenue growth across India
Key Result Areas:
- Lead the overall product and brand marketing for this gourmet condiments brand including Product Launch, Positioning with integrated launch strategy across Marketplaces,Modern Trade, Retail & E-commerce channels.
- Craft a comprehensive go-to-market plan for launching new product lines. Define target market,identify key channels and develop marketing collateral and trade schemes to ensure successful product introductions.
- Developed trade schemes, marketing collateral, and targeted positioning to strengthen market share.
- Maintain and enhance brand equity through consistent messaging and market positioning

Incumbent profile:
- Strategic marketing professional with 10+ years driving brand growth, BTL, events, retail marketing in Food & Beverage,Condiments, FMCG, and QSR industries.
- Proven success in launching and scaling new brands and products through robust GTM Strategy, ATL/BTL campaigns, E-commerce marketing, and Marketplace management.
- Skilled in managing high-impact marketing budgets, digital growth initiatives, and Omni-channel brand positioning.
ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 20LPA
