Role Description:
As part of our expansion journey, we are strengthening our Marketing, Digital, CRM and Customer Experience teams. If you are passionate about building brands, driving campaigns, understanding consumers, and creating exceptional customer experiences, this could be a great opportunity to be part of a fast-growing retail brand.
We are currently hiring for the following roles:
- Lead / GM Brand, ATL & BTL
Lead overall brand strategy, consumer insights, ATL media planning (TV, Print, Radio, Outdoor), agency management, and large-scale BTL activations.
2 Manager Brand
Drive brand campaigns, coordinate with agencies, manage brand guidelines across physical and digital touchpoints, and track campaign performance.
3 Deputy Manager ATL & BTL (Individual Contributor)
Execute ATL media plans, manage vendors and agencies, and handle on-ground brand activations including showroom launches and events.
4 Manager Digital Campaigns & GMB (Individual Contributor)
Own digital marketing campaigns across Meta and Google, SEO performance, website traffic analytics, GMB management, and digital initiatives to drive showroom walk-ins.
5 Lead / Senior Manager CRM
Lead CRM strategy, customer data management, loyalty and referral programs, marketing campaigns, and analytics-led customer engagement.
6 Lead / Manager Customer Service
Manage call center KPIs, digital and social media conversations, CSAT/NPS improvement initiatives, and customer engagement programs.
7 Deputy Manager Customer Service (Individual Contributor)
Handle inbound call center operations and outbound customer engagement including upselling and feedback collection.
