Marketing Automation & Conversational Commerce Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to manage and optimize our social commerce automation across Instagram, WhatsApp, and customer support platforms using tools like Make, ManyChat, and Gorgias.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage automation workflows using Make.
• Create Instagram and WhatsApp DM funnels using ManyChat.
• Manage customer conversations and support flows via Gorgias.
• Design quiz funnels, product recommendation flows, and lead capture automation.
• Optimize conversions from social media interactions.

Requirements

• 35 years experience in D2C, marketing automation, or conversational commerce.
• Hands-on experience with Make, ManyChat, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, WhatsApp automation, and sales funnels.

Goal: Build scalable automation systems that convert social interactions into sales.
