Marketing Associate

Kidz Kingdom is a warm, child-first kindergarten and daycare in Pune, focused on holistic early childhood development in a safe, nurturing environment. We work closely with parents to ensure every child feels happy, secure, and encouraged to learn.

We are looking for a Marketing Associate who can help us grow Kidz Kingdoms visibility, admissions, and brand presence locally. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and comfortable executing both online and offline marketing activities.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys community-based marketing, social media, and working with parents.

• Manage and grow Kidz Kingdoms presence on Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business
• Create basic content ideas (posts, reels, stories) around activities, events, and milestones
• Coordinate with designers/content creators (if any) for posts and creatives
• Respond to social media and WhatsApp inquiries related to admissions
• Track basic metrics like reach, engagement, and leads

• Support admission campaigns (seasonal and ongoing)
• Follow up on inquiries from social media, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and referrals
• Maintain a simple lead tracker (Excel / Google Sheets)

• Plan and execute local outreach activities:
• Flyers & standees
• Society activations
• Tie-ups with nearby offices, hospitals, and residential societies
• Coordinate open house events, workshops, and parent engagement activities

• Ensure brand consistency across all communication
• Help draft simple marketing copy for:
• Posters
• WhatsApp messages
• Emailers
• Admission brochures

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field
• 03 years of experience in marketing (freshers with strong interest can apply)
• Basic understanding of social media marketing
• Comfortable speaking to parents and handling inquiries
• Good communication skills (English + Hindi; Marathi is a plus)
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Passion for working with child-focused or education brands is a big plus
