As we scale, were looking for a Marketing & Finance Generalist someone who understands growth, numbers, people, and execution equally well.

This role is for someone who doesnt wait for instructions, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and wants to work directly with the founder to build something meaningful from the inside.

• Aggressively identify brands, clients, and partnerships
• Pitch Playace.cos services and create strong sales + idea decks
• Build new revenue verticals and business opportunities
• Network with brands, founders, marketers, and investors
• Handle end-to-end client servicing and relationship management

• Create offline & online marketing plans
• Execute campaigns independently
• Track social media trends and platform behaviour
• Work closely with creatives, content, and performance marketing
• Understand how brand storytelling converts into business

• Create and manage MIS reports, dashboards, and trackers
• Build financial projections, budgets, and business plans
• Assist in investor decks, data rooms, and follow-ups
• Track key business metrics and unit economics
• Work closely with the founder on strategy and decision-making

• Identify relevant investors and initiate outreach
• Send initial pitch decks and manage follow-ups
• Understand tech products, platforms, and workflows
• Coordinate with tech teams and product partners when required

• Minimum 2 years of experience (startup / agency / consulting preferred)
• Strong command over Excel / Google Sheets
• Interest in finance, MIS, and investor relations
• Comfortable with presentations, pitching, and negotiations
• Awareness of tech products and digital platforms
• High ownership, hustle mindset, and problem-solving attitude
