Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Marketing and Customer Support Intern located in Bengaluru. As an intern, you will contribute to marketing efforts by supporting market research, assisting in developing marketing strategies, and aiding the sales team. Additionally, you will engage with customers to address their inquiries, assist with service-related queries, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent support.

What We Offer

Monthly Stipend: 10,000 12,000

Field Sales Expense Reimbursement: All approved travel and sales-related expenses will be fully reimbursed

Pre-Placement Offer (PPO): Opportunity to convert to a full-time role with a CTC of 46 LPA based on performance

Higher Learning Internship: Structured learning with mentorship, real-world exposure, and skill development in marketing, customer support and fintech

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their inquiries.
• Knowledge of Marketing Strategy and Market Research to identify trends and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
• Basic understanding of Sales techniques and strategies, with a focus on building customer relationships.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and collaborate within a team effectively.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant tools is a plus.
