Marketing And Creative Operations Assistant | UK

As the second dedicated marketing hire, this role is designed for someone to grow into a senior position as the company continues to expand globally.

Projects And Responsibilities:

• Creative production: Delivering consistent, high-quality videos and graphics.
• Campaign Execution: Supporting content roll-out and lead-gen tasks.
• Reporting And Data: Gathering data, updating reports and discovering insights.
• Operational Efficiency: Reduce the departments production bottleneck and keeping projects, files, workflows and trackers up to date and on time.

Performance And Priorities:

• Produce video, graphical, and audio content supporting the CEO shorts and Connect With Purpose Podcast projects.
• Maintain and support the development of asset libraries, templates and marketing resources.
• Run the lead management process.
• Manage project schedules, updates and co-ordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Research trends, tools, insights and best practices to give marketing and the organisation an edge.

The Profile Your Expertise

Were looking for someone with a strong command of English, some hands-on creative skills, and a willingness to learn and solve problems.

Experience, Ability And Knowledge:

• Demonstratable experience in video content and social media design.
• Comfortable with using creative software. (Adobe Creative Cloud preferred but not essential)
• An understanding of the marketing funnel, lead generation and lead management.
• A strong interest in project management and the whole of marketing not just design.
• Familiar with Microsoft 365.
• A degree in marketing, design or any other related fields.
• Any professional certifications or creative portfolios are welcome.
