Job summary
Working as a marketing product owner within the Marketing insights data and tech team this role is part of the greater Global Marketing Team. This role will help to shape the strategic vision for the use of technology and data within marketing. The main function of this role is to work across marketing to define and enable the technology needs of the marketing organization. This individual will work with leadership to define the strategy and enable that strategy through technology.
Responsibilities
Working with teams across all of marketing to determine their needs to run and grow the business
Guide marketing teams to achieve their business goals and enable these through effective use of technology
Supporting various marketing teams by defining strategic and user requirements helping to elicit process flow maps and assisting with development and execution of insights that help run the business
Establishment and ongoing use of processes templates and tools used to be used by the product owner team to communicate with the various stakeholders
Collaborating with technical development teams to help translate user requirements into system functionality and assist with testing
Working with the Change Management Communications team to define change strategies and metrics to measure defined results assist in developing key training documentation and communication messages for release.
Administering marketing platforms including but limited to adding and removing users
Vendor management for various marketing platforms
Advancing the use of technologies that will enable the teams across marketing
