Marketing Analyst (Performance Marketing & Growth Ops)
Role Overview
As the Sr. Digital Marketing Managers execution partner, you will run day-to-day performance marketing for CloudLexbuilding, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns that drive qualified demo requests. Youll own campaign pacing, tracking accuracy, weekly reporting, and the operational details that keep our funnel healthy. This role is hands-on: youll live inside Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, GA4/GTM, and our CRM.
What Youll Do
1) Performance Marketing (Paid Search, Paid Social, Remarketing) Primary Focus
- Execute and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn to generate qualified demo requests (setup, targeting, budgets, pacing, and optimization).
- Build and maintain account structure (campaigns, ad sets, keywords, audiences, negatives, exclusions, and retargeting) to improve efficiency and lead quality.
- Run A/B tests on ads, offers, and landing-page variants; document results and roll out winners.
- Monitor daily/weekly performance (CTR, CVR, CPL/CPMQL, demo conversion rate, lead quality) and make timely optimizations to hit targets.
- Coordinate creative and asset delivery (ads, videos, landing pages, forms) with internal teams and external agenciesensure deadlines, specs, approvals, and launches are met.
2) Tracking, Reporting, and Marketing Ops Execution Focus
- Implement and QA tracking: GA4 events, Google Tag Manager tags/triggers, pixels, conversion actions, and phone/form trackingensure clean, reliable data.
- Maintain UTM governance and campaign naming conventions; troubleshoot tracking issues quickly and prevent attribution drift.
- Maintain operational trackers (budgets, experiments, creative requests, content calendar) and keep documentation current.
- Produce weekly performance reporting (dashboards + written insights) and update leadership-ready slides (PPT) with key trends, wins, and next actions.
- Support CRM hygiene and attribution integrity (dedupe, field checks, lifecycle mapping, and lead-source validation) in HubSpot/Marketo + Salesforce.
3) SEO & AEO Support Secondary Focus
- Run recurring SEO hygiene checks (GSC, SEMrush): indexing, technical errors, Core Web Vitals, and key-page health; log issues and coordinate fixes with dev.
- Maintain execution tasks that improve AI/search visibility (basic schema updates, LLM.txt updates for priority pages, and FAQ additions where needed).
- Track keyword clusters and share-of-voice for priority PI terms; report movement and recommended actions.
What Success Looks Like (KPIs)
- Consistent, reliable demo volume with improving lead quality (MQL to SQL and demo show rate).
- Lower CPL/CPMQL and improved landing-page conversion rate through steady optimization and testing.
- Accurate tracking and attribution across GA4, GTM, and CRMclear weekly reporting leadership can trust.
- On-time campaign launches and asset delivery with tight operational execution and documentation.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 35 years of hands-on performance marketing experience (B2B SaaS preferred).
- Strong working experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager (implementation + troubleshooting).
- Comfortable with reporting and analysis (Looker Studio, Excel/Google Sheets): pacing, trends, and action recommendations.
- Experience working with a CRM/marketing automation stack (HubSpot or Marketo + Salesforce) and understanding of lifecycle stages and attribution basics.
- Operational excellence: detail-oriented, strong follow-through, and able to coordinate timelines across agencies and internal teams.
