Market Research & Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Market Intelligence & Data Analyst to join our team. The team is the starting point for all outbound GTM motions and needs someone who is comfortable getting their hands dirty with identifying and tracking performance of ICP accounts and assembling buying panel contacts.

The Market Intelligence & Data Analyst will work closely with various teams within the Revops to launch pipeline driving activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Carefully study the market to find people and businesses who might be interested in what we offer.

Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and ensure proper documentation of lead qualification details.

Collaborate with the Sales/RevOps and Marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for converting qualified leads into sales opportunities.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to identify potential opportunities for business growth.

Open to learning new processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

A person who has the knowledge of the industry and the ability to quickly grasp the key requirement of any project.

Good to Have:

Hands on experience with tools like Zoominfo, Salesforce , Apollo , Clay.

Strong hands-on experience with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.

Experience:

2-3 years experience of working as a Market Research Analyst / Data Analyst / Lead Generation roles.
