Mandatory skills

Hands-on Experience with Marketo :

Extensive experience in implementing and managing Marketo Engage, including advanced features and integrations.

Minimum 3+ years of direct Marketo work (not just email marketing).

Keywords: Smart Campaigns, Engagement Programs, Smart Lists, tokens, snippets, dynamic content.

Strong Technical Skills: Understanding of marketing automation principles, data management, and integration technologies.

Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Marketo platform. Evidence of scalable program design: tokenization, folder hierarchy, naming conventions.

Data Hygiene & Governance

Mentions of normalization campaigns, deduplication, UTM governance, field dictionary.

Good to have: Experience with data enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, Clearbit).

Reporting & Attribution

Experience with Program Channels, Success definitions, multi-touch attribution, pipeline influence reporting.

Keywords: Program Analyzer, Opportunity Influence Analyzer.

Nurture & Personalization

Building multi-stream Engagement Programs with transition rules.

Dynamic content, segmentation frameworks, A/B testing.

Communication and Collaboration Skill s: Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Project Management Skills : Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Adobe Certification (Good to have): Adobe Certified Professional - Marketo Engage is a plus
