About the job

We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated and dynamic market access professional to join our team. The person will be responsible for developing access strategies to ensure reimbursement, optimal pricing and increased market penetration of our products. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare landscape, payer eco system and regulatory requirements.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plan that maximises access to  FIC / BIC products.  
• Identify opportunities in health care reimbursement environment, anticipation of health care reforms
• Stakeholder engagement plan
• Develop targeted communication adapted to the need of each payer at Central & state levels
• Create and execute Patient Assistance Programs, Pricing strategies for improving access backed by local value evidence
• Design risk mitigation plans for priority products
• Create multi stakeholder models to promote access
• Work with Industry Associations towards creation of an ecosystem that recognizes innovation – HTA, Pharmacoeconomics and recognition of innovation in pricing regime

About you:

You will be required to engage with Senior Govt. Officials, medical experts, Leaders of Hospital Chains and Insurance Industry, and as such, following skills are required :

• Ability to work in an ambiguous environment.
• Resilience and Perseverance
• Communication Skills
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams comprising of medical, regulatory, business and policy experts

• Experience: 12+prior experience of having worked with reimbursement institutions, Gov't sales, public policy in any industry is desirable.
• Soft skills: strong interpersonal skills, analytics, project management
• Education: MBA / Post graduation
• Languages: English, Hindi, any other vernacular language
