Job Title: Senior Associate / Project Leader Market Access

Job Location: -Gurgaon/Noida/Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad

Job Summary: - This role will be responsible for market access/payer analytics, analyzing payer and patient-level data to deliver robust insights and solutions to client.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-geographic teams to deliver high-impact Market Access, pricing, payer analytics, and contracting insights for global pharma clients
• Work closely with project managers to define the analytical approach, break down complex access problems into structured execution steps, and ensure high-quality delivery
• Contribute towards Axtria tools and capabilities as per the business requirements.
• Build organization capabilities by participating in Hackathon, solution design, and process automation
• Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to onshore/client stakeholders through clear, compelling slide decks and discussions.

Job Requirements:-

• 34+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences Domain
• We are looking for candidates with strong exposure to Market Access, Payer Analytics and commercial pharmaceutical analytics
• Solid understanding of pharmaceutical contracting entities and landscape, including commercial, Medicaid, Medicare, formulary tiers, prior authorization, step edits, rebates, contracting and affordability programs
• Hands-on experience working with payer-related datasets such as APLD, eLAAD, EMR, claims, formulary data, specialty data and prescription data.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous access-related problems, design analytical methodologies, and translate complex analyses into actionable Market Access insights
• Ability to handle a variety of projects ranging from advanced analytics, ad-hoc analysis to reporting, collaborate effectively, and work in fast-paced, global client environments.
• Technical requirements Excel, SQL, Python, PowerBI and knowledge of self-service analytics platforms like Dataiku will be an added advantage
• Strong communication, project management, and storyboarding skills
• Familiarity with advanced analytics, statistical modelling, or forecasting techniques is a plus.

Must-Have Skills:-

• Strong expertise in Payer Analytics and hands-on work with patient and payer-level datasets
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel , and dashboarding using Power BI

Skills that give you an edge: -

• Experience using Dataiku for data preparation, automation, and analytics workflows
• Good to have work experience in building statistical modelling and/or AI/ML models using Python/R
