Role- Maria DB
Location -Chennai
Experience- 8 To 10 Years

Must Have:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Maria DB database in a production environment
• Optimize database performance through tuning, query optimization, and storage management
• Strong experience with full, incremental, and binary log backups, along with disaster recovery planning.
• Set up and maintain master-slave or master-master replication configurations for MariaDB.
• Monitor database health and performance using industry-standard database monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with encryption, user access control, and compliance standards.
• Perform installations, configurations, and upgrades for MariaDB 10.x/11.x on Linux environments
• Troubleshoot database performance issues and analyze tables to ensure optimal performance.
• Implement robust backup strategies including full, incremental, and binary log backups
• Design and implement disaster recovery plans for business continuity.
• Plan and execute maintenance activities (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly).
• Implement database security best practices, including encryption and user access control.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and protocols.

Good To Have:
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset.
