Reporting to: Chief Growth Officer Role Ove r view QuickClean is looking for a dynamic and execution-driven Manager Marketing Communications (Marcom) to lead the companys marketing communication, brand narrative, and digital presence. As QuickClean continues to scale its business and strengthen its market positioning, this role will play a critical part in shaping how the brand communicates with key stakeholders clients, partners, industry, and tlent. The role will own end-to-end marketing communication across content, brand, website, and campaigns, ensuring consistent storytelling, strong brand recall, and measurable busi ness mpact. Key Responsbilities Own and drive QuickCleans brand voice, positioning, and overall com municatio strategy Develop high-quality marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, case studies, impact reports, sales decks, and co rporate comunication Ensure consistency in brand guidelines across all commun ication andtouchpoints Translate business strategy into clear, compelling , and impactul messaging Drive content strategy and storytelling across LinkedIn, website, industry pla tforms, PR, ad newsletters Build a strong narrative around sustainability, innovation, and QuickCleans impact (including ReWeave and circulariy initiatives) Manage content calendar and coordi nate with interal stakeholders Support employer b randing and leadrship visibility Own QuickCleans website s trategy, structur, and performance Manage website updates, SEO, UX improvements, nd content refresh Coordinate with developers and age ncies for enhancemets and integrations Ensure the website reflects services , brand strength, crdibility, and impact Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns aligned wih business priorities Create communication for launches, partnerships, expansin, and key initiatives Support sales and busin ess teams with high-impct communication assets Track campaign effectiveness and continously optimize messaging Work closely with Founder s Office, Strategy, Sales and Sustainability teams Manage external part ners (design, web, content PR, and digital agencies) Ensure quality, consistency, a nd timely execution acros sall marketing communicatio Key Skills & Capabilities The ideal candidate should be a full-stack Marcom professional who understands both communication strateg and modern digital execuion. Marketing & Communication Strong exper tise in brand communicaion, messaging, and storytelling Ability to create high-quality marketing content brochures, case st udies, presentations, blgs, PR, reports, and social m edia Strong command ovr written and visual commuication Digital M arketing & Growth Strong u nderstanding of the digitalmarketing ecosystem (organic + paid) Hands-o n knowledge of S EO (on-page, off-page, and tchnical SEO) and content optimization Underst anding of Go ogle Analytics, Search Consol, keyword strategy, and traffic growth Familia rity wi th performance marketing, funnl thinking, and conversion optimization Experie nce with email marketing, CR M-drive communication, and markting automation Content C reation & Media knowledge of video editing and isual storytelling (basic to intermediate) Ability to c onceptualize and create short-formand long-form content for digital platforms Underst anding of creative dir ecion, brand visuals, and communicaion design Website & Technical Understanding Experie nc e managing website content, structure and updates (CMS such as WordPress / Webflow) nderstanding of HTML/CSS and website evelopment workflows (preferred, n ot mandatory) Underst anding of UX, lnding page optimization, and website prformance Tools & P latforms (Preferred Exposure) SEO/ Re search: SEMrush, Ahrefs, GoogleSe arch Console Analyti cs: Google Analytic (GA 4) Design: Canva, Adobe (basic und erstaning) Video: Premiere Pro / CapCut o similar t ools CMS: Wo rdPress / Web flow or similar Marketing Automation / CRM:HubSp ot / Zoho or similar Behaviora l & Execution Sill s Strong ownership mindset and execution capbility Structu red thinking and problem-solving approach Abilty to manage mul tiple projects and stakeholders effective ly Comort wor king in a fast-paced, high-growthstartup environmet Strong attention to detail and q uality Key Requ i rements 48 yea rs of experience n Marketing Communications / Bra nd / Content / Digital Marketing Strong expertise inbrand storytelling, conte nt strategy, and corporate communication Hands-o n exprience manag ing websites, digital assets, and marketing collateral Abili ty to translate business strategy into impactful communiation Strong execution, project management, and wnership mindset Excelle nt written and verbal communication skills Experie nce in B2B / susa
