Jadeite Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is pleased to invite applications for a 3-month paid internship for the role of Recruitment Consultant BFSI. This opportunity is ideal for individuals aiming to build strong exposure in HR, Talent Acquisition, and BFSI hiring operations.

Position Overview

Role: Recruitment Consultant BFSI

Duration: 3 Months (Full-Time)

Stipend: 5,000/month

Location: Remote

Start Date: Immediate joiners preferred

Eligibility Criteria

We are looking for candidates who:

Are not currently studying and can commit full-time

Have a laptop and stable internet connection

Possess strong communication and coordination skills

Are eager to learn and grow in HR & BFSI recruitment

What You Will Learn

Hands-on experience in sourcing & screening

Exposure to BFSI recruitment workflows

Candidate management & coordination

Weekly assessments and guided training modules

Practical understanding of end-to-end hiring processes

Important

Completion of the full 2-month duration is mandatory to receive the internship certificate.

Certificates will not be issued for partial completion.
