Manufacturing Lead Electronics Hardware Testing & Integration Lead

Lead validation and verification of electronic hardware in laboratory and field environments to ensure compliance with design and quality requirements.
Provide technical leadership and hands-on support for manufacturing and integration testing activities.
Develop, review, and implement production test processes, procedures, and test plans for manufacturing readiness.
Define and improve test methodologies, tools, and workflows to enhance product reliability, usability, and manufacturability.
Coordinate validation strategies, test setups, and acceptance criteria across manufacturing stages.
Analyze test failures, identify root causes, and drive corrective and preventive actions to resolve hardware issues.
Ensure timely execution of testing activities and accurate documentation of results, progress, and status reports.
Collaborate with design, quality, and manufacturing teams to deliver robust, production-ready hardware solutions.
