We are hiring for Manufacturing Execution System (AVEVA/Wonderware) Consultant

exp- 6-12yrs

JD-

1. Experience and technical knowledge with AVEVA MES solutions.
2. Strong Experience on Development / Customizations / Enhancement
3. Strong experience with designing and implementing systems like MES, Manufacturing Intelligence
4. Experience in Upgrade & Migrations with various tools, approach, best practices
5. Microsoft SQL server, Database designed, Optimized SQL Query and View Design
6. Knowledge of informational and operational technologies (IT/OT), MES integration to enterprise systems
7. Knowledge of container and contained objects
8. Deep knowledge of different types of attributes and attribute properties
9. Knowledge of template and attribute hierarchy
10. Create base templates using Archestra Object toolkit
11. Graphics/Symbols, ViewApp, Screen Profiles Layout, ViewApp Security, Archestra Apps, Custom Navigation etc
12. Experience with C# and .NET development environment
13. OPC and PLC / Automation connectivity
14. Ideally trained & certified (not mandatory) on Wonderware MES, Historian and System platform
15. Exposure on Industrial control system / Operational technology PLC/Control Systems, SCADA/Historian and OT IT Integrations
16. Familiarity with industry standards, such as ANSI/ISA-95 and ANSI/ISA-88.
17. Experience with SSRS or Crystal/Business Object reporting
18. Domain experience in Pharma/Process industry manufacturing
