Primary Responsibility:

Assist in managing workshop operations focused on fabricating and machining components for automated industrial machines.

Key Duties & Expectations:

• Learn to interpret manufacturing drawings to guide fabrication and machining processes
• Support the design of systems, equipment, and processes for new product introduction or improvements
• Perform quality checks on finished components with guidance from senior staff
• Coordinate with operators/laborers to ensure smooth shop floor activities
• Help develop and maintain daily manufacturing plans
• Participate in planning the availability of raw materials and finished goods
• Maintain basic statistical records and collaborate with finance professionals to understand budgeting
