Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manual Tester with 310 years of experience, preferably in the Supply Chain Finance domain . The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our financial software solutions by executing manual testing processes, identifying bugs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing of supply chain finance applications.
• Execute manual test cases and document results accurately.
• Identify, report, and track defects using standard bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product managers to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a testing perspective.
• Ensure compliance with QA standards and best practices.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and assist in test environment setup and data preparation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 310 years of experience in manual testing, preferably in the Supply Chain Finance domain .
• Strong understanding of supply chain finance processes such as invoice financing, factoring, reverse factoring, and payables/receivables management.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, HP ALM).
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman) is a plus.
• ISTQB or equivalent certification.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
