Manual QA ( French )

Experience: 5-10yrs

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements and create RTM for complete coverage.
• Design, execute, and maintain test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Perform API testing (Postman/REST Assured) and validate response structures, authentication, and error handling.
• Conduct cross-browser and compatibility testing; ensure accessibility compliance.
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies; contribute to sprint planning and backlog refinement.
• Manage defects in Jira/Xray; lead triage and RCA sessions.
• Prepare test plans, strategies, and reports; maintain documentation in Confluence.
• Drive process improvements and mentor junior team members.
• Communicate effectively with North American clients.
• Work extensively in French for documentation, communication, and client interactions. Fluency in French is mandatorynot just basic knowledge, but the ability to understand, write, and converse professionally.

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of STLC, defect lifecycle, functional vs non-functional testing.
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured) and SQL queries.
• Familiarity with test management tools (Jira/Xray) and documentation platforms (Confluence).
• Understanding of Agile methodology and ceremonies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tools/technologies.
• Professional fluency in French (spoken and written) is mandatory for day-to-day work.

Good to Have:

• Experience in Telecom domain (OSS/BSS flow).
• Performance testing basics (JMeter/k6).
• Exposure to automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
