Manual Functional QA Tester – Compliance / GRC Applications

We are seeking aManual Functional QA Tester experienced in testingCompliance, Risk, and Governance (GRC) solutions or related enterprise systems. The ideal candidate willbe responsible forvalidating business workflows, performing end-to-end functional testing , and ensuring adherence toregulatory and compliance standards within the application.

The role requires strong analytical and documentation skills, hands-on experience with testing enterprise web applications, and a solid understanding ofcompliance management ,risk assessment ,policy management , oraudit workflows .

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and executemanual functional test cases based on business and system requirements.
• Performend-to-end testing across modules such asRisk Management, Compliance Management, Policy Management, Audit Management, Incident Management, andThird-Party Risk Management (TPRM) .
• ValidateGRC workflows , including user access controls, approval hierarchies, and audit trail mechanisms.
• Testdata accuracy, UI workflows, integrations, notifications, and reporting functionalities .
• Review andanalyzebusiness requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for testability.
• Preparetest plans, test scenarios, test data, and traceability matrices .
• Log, track, and manage defects through a defineddefect lifecycle management process .
• Collaborate withbusiness analysts, developers, and implementation teams to ensure quality delivery.
• Ensure compliance withQA processes, documentation standards, and regulatory validation requirements .
• SupportUser Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing cycles.
• Participate intest status reporting and continuous improvement of QA processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 37 years of hands-on manual functional testing experience.
• Strong background in testingGRC platforms such as RSA Archer, MetricStream, ServiceNow GRC, SAP GRC, or similar compliance systems.
• Good understanding ofrisk assessment frameworks ,compliance workflows , andaudit reporting .
• Experience preparingtest cases, test scripts, test data, and defect reports using tools likeJIRA, HP ALM, Zephyr, or TestRail .
• Working knowledge ofSDLC, STLC, and defect management processes .
• Experience testingweb-based enterprise applications with role-based access control.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Familiarity withSOX, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA , or other compliance standards.
• Experience working inregulated environments (Banking, Insurance, Pharma, or Manufacturing).
• Exposure toSQL queries for backend validation.
• Basic understanding ofautomation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman for API validation).
• Experience testingintegrations with SIEM, IAM/PAM, or ticketing tools .
