Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

To work as a functional consultant and be part of a team implementing supply chain / distribution solutions leveraging expertise on Manhattan WMS application and warehousing business processes.

Good-to-Have

Design, build, implement and support solutions to cater to business requirements within the Manhattan WMS product landscape.

Providing functional expertise and impact assessment of customer needs / participating in designing business requireme nts.

Collaborating with Design/Solution Leads and SMEs in High-level and Low-level design as required.

Investigating, analyzing and solving software/business or functional requirement related problems.

Collaborating with different teams (internal/external) on implementing solutions/recommendations and identifying areas of service improvement.

Owning end to end solution delivery for the work items assigned.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Strong experience in Supply Chain / Retail domain with specific focus on WMS implementations.

Minimum 5 years of implementation experience in Manhattan WMOS Platform version (as a Configuration consultant or above)

Consulting/Configuration experience in Manhattan WMS Active (preferred) or Manhattan WMS Platform versions 2015 and above.

Retail & Supply chain domain knowledge is essential.

Good knowledge of Inbound Processing, Outbound processing & Inventory management processes within a warehouse.

Experience in writing SQL queries is preferred.

Good interpersonal skills.

Looking for Functional consultants with recent hands on experience in implementing Manhattan WMS (preferably Manhattan Active or Manhattan WMS 2015/later versions) or supporting a large-scale implementation with some technical background (Basic SQL, Unix skills).
