Job Description
Job Purpose
The Platform ETL / API Developer designs, develops, and maintains data extraction, transformation, and loading processes essential for platform extensions, integration, reporting, and analytics, utilizing consistent technologies across various functional domains.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop efficient and robust ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Design and implement APIs and integration solutions for seamless data exchange.
- Ensure accurate documentation of ETL/API processes, including configuration and technical specifications.
- Collaborate closely with Logical Architects, Development Managers, and Technical Architects for optimal integration designs.
- Maintain and enhance existing ETL/API solutions, ensuring data integrity and system performance.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills
- Essential: Strong technical skills in ETL tools, API development, and integration frameworks.
- Essential: Skilled in programming, debugging, testing, and documenting complex integration solutions.
- Essential: expertise in Manhattan Active WMS , including exposure to Pro-Active, Config Director and Manhattan Active GO
- Essential: excellent knowledge of Manhattan Active APIs
- Desirable: IBM Cognos reporting and ZPL.
- Desirable: Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
