Mandarin Language Specialist - TCS Hiring in Chennai

Eligibility:

• Minimum 15 years of regular full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

• All candidates should be comfortable with night shift and rotational shift

• Non-technical graduation in Finance & Accounts stream- B.COM, M.COM or similar (Preferred)

• Any Bachelors Degree with preference to Commerce / Accounting related background.

• Any Certification related to the language skill

Job Summary:

Skill : Mandarin Language

Experience: 2 years to 8 years

Job Location: TCS Chennai

Required Skills:

• B1/ B2 level proficiency in Mandarin language

• Ability to translate, interpret, handle inquiries and providing assistance to Mandarin-speaking clients

• Exposure to MS office

• Good communication skills (Oral & written)

Job Responsibilities:

• Work on received E-mails in Mandarin and English language and post invoices for approval.

• Work on AP, AR & R2R remote Migration process with Mandarin client

• Support AP, AR, R2R team with obtaining necessary approvals to process the invoices in Mandarin language

• Examine and solve issues relating to purchase orders in Mandarin language by engaging business stakeholders.
