Mandarin Educator

Airlearn is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Educator (Mandarin Chinese) for our Chinese Content division. This role offers a unique opportunity to create top-quality educational content, lead a small team, and provide strategic direction to ensure our language learning app meets the needs of US-based learners. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of both Mandarin Chinese and English, a background in language education, and the ability to foster a creative and engaging learning environment that motivates users to keep coming back.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging Mandarin Chinese language learning content tailored specifically for the US market.
• Collaborate with the Content Head and other team members to ensure a cohesive, comprehensive curriculum that fits within the broader language learning program.
• Utilize feedback and data analytics to refine content for maximum engagement and effectiveness, closely monitoring completion rates to enhance user retention.
• Stay informed on current trends in language education to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the content and maintain user curiosity.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and strong English communication skills.
• Proven experience creating engaging content for language learning, ideally within digital platforms.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in team collaboration and mentorship.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and educational content strategy.
• Creative thinker who is adept at leveraging data insights to boost user engagement.
• Bachelors degree in Mandarin Chinese, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
