Partner & Head of Managed Services

Location: Bengaluru | Reporting to: Head of Advisory | Geo Coverage: US & UK

Role Mandate

Lead and scale the Advisory Managed Services business across Financial Crime, Risk, Finance & Accounting, Learning, and Technology Managed Services. Own full P&L, drive revenue growth, operational excellence, innovation (GenAI/automation), and global delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business & Growth Leadership

• Drive go-to-market strategy and sales enablement
• Anchor strategic pursuits, pricing strategy, and commercial structuring
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to expand business relationships
• Identify market demand, emerging trends, and competitive positioning

2. Operational & Delivery Excellence

• Own end-to-end service delivery across quality, efficiency, and financial metrics
• Scale delivery models aligned to Advisory growth strategy
• Embed automation, GenAI, and innovation into managed services operations

3. Solution Development & Scaling

• Design and enhance scalable delivery models (resourcing, costing, pricing)
• Collaborate with global stakeholders for seamless solution deployment
• Evaluate technology ecosystems, partnerships, and alliance models

4. Governance, Risk & Financial Oversight

• Ensure adherence to risk, security, and compliance standards
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and margin improvement

Candidate Profile

• 25+ years in IT Services / Consulting with large-scale team leadership
• Deep expertise in Managed Services operations with P&L ownership
• Strong Financial Services domain exposure (Financial Crime, Risk, F&A; technology preferred)
• Proven track record in scaling businesses within global matrix environments
• Strong go-to-market orientation and client relationship management
• Experience driving automation and GenAI-led transformation
• Executive presence with ability to lead geographically dispersed teams
