Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Analysis

Conduct detailed analysis of inventory levels, turnover rates, and stock aging. Ensure optimal inventory management practices to minimize costs and maximize efficiency. Generate periodic inventory reports with actionable insights.

2. Non-DRE Material Consumption Analysis

Examine non-DRE material consumption trends and identify areas for cost optimization. Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure efficient utilization of resources.

6. P&BC Carry Forward Working

  • Perform detailed analysis and reconciliation of P&BC carry forward balances.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with financial guidelines.

7. Non-DRE Project Analysis

  • Evaluate the financial performance of Non-DRE projects.
  • Identify risks, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.

8. R&D General Capex Analysis

  • Analyze capital expenditures for R&D projects and validate alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Provide recommendations for budget optimization and risk mitigation.

9. Project PR Above Rs. 1 Cr (Approval with Benchmarking)

  • Review project purchase requisitions (PR) above Rs. 1 crore and ensure compliance with benchmarks.
  • Facilitate approvals through detailed analysis and recommendations.

10. Fixed Cost Analysis and Rationalization

  • Perform comprehensive fixed cost analysis and identify opportunities for rationalization.
  • Develop strategies for cost reduction while maintaining operational efficiency.

11. Old PR and PO Analysis and Blocking

12. Ol d WBS Locking

  • Perform analysis of old work breakdown structures (WBS) and ensure proper locking of unnecessary or completed WBS codes.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies.

13. Deep Dive Analysis of DRE Expenses with Benchmarking

  • Conduct a deep dive analysis of DRE expenses and compare them with industry benchmarks.
  • Identify areas for cost optimization and develop actionable strategies.

14. Project Closure

  • Manage the closure process for completed projects, ensuring all financial and operational aspects are addressed.
  • Generate closure reports and provide insights for future projects.

15. Closure of Non-DRE Projects

  • Oversee the closure of Non-DRE projects, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
  • Resolve any pending issues related to financial or operational tasks.
