Job Role : Manager Management Assurance (Internal Audit- Qualified CA )

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive professional to join our Management Assurance team as a Manager / Senior Manager. The role involves leading internal audits, reviewing ERP controls, and ensuring robust risk management practices across business processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in EPC / manufacturing industries, excellent communication skills, and hands-on knowledge of SAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits of business processes to assess compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Review automated controls including application and general controls within ERP systems.
• Plan and execute operational and financial audits in line with the annual audit plan.
• Identify business process risks and develop testing methodologies to evaluate control adequacy.
• Document audit findings and prepare clear evaluation reports.
• Execute reviews of processes, internal controls, and procedures.
• Prepare and discuss draft reports with process owners; finalize agreed measures with timelines.
• Track implementation of agreed measures and provide periodic updates to management.
• Coordinate with external audit firms to support statutory and compliance requirements.
• Assist in drafting and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies.

Experience & Qualifications

• 78 years post-qualification experience in internal audit, risk management, or assurance.
• Professional background in EPC or manufacturing companies preferred.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with SAP ERP systems.
