Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Human Resource Outsourcing!
We are looking for someone with a deep understanding and understanding of the entire UK payroll/Time and attendance process for a client. The current requirement is to mirror the UK shifts, participate in processing clients existing Payroll and Time & Attendance processes and technologies to find opportunities for efficiencies, process simplification.
Responsibilities
Talent acquisition (TA )
Schedule Interviews (Workable Tool) and PPA Assessments
Prepare and extend job offer. Welcome mails & Associated Forms
Initiate pre-hire onboarding. Onboard employee day 1 orientation - Online activities
Coordination between 3rd Party and the contingent worker
Learning and development (L&D)
Assigning position specific trainings basing on, Line Managers request.
Training Document addition to employee training curriculum.
New/existing library document release activity and assigning it to the related employee groups/individuals
Publishing weekly & monthly training compliance reports to key stakeholders.
Responsible for training assignment to position data override employees (coordinating with line manager for confirmation)
Assigning Mandatory trainings to new starter
Creation of standalone library item (Course/document/Quiz) and assigning it to learner/learner group.
HR Administration
Process new hires and leavers in System
Support stakeholders, Finance and HR with required reports
Ensure time and attendance processing
Knowledge on processing Salary changes, position change, grade change in PeopleSoft
Generating/Prepare reports from system on monthly basis
Creating promotion letters, upgrade letters, resignation letters, reference letters, on call letter, long service letter etc
Process holiday entitlement globally
Payroll
Process and manage end to end Payroll for UK employees, ensuring compliance with HMRC governance
Daily client interactions, working with onshore team on a day-to-day basis
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate employee records and payroll data
Investigate and resolve discrepancies and employee queries related to payroll
Processing third party payments within timelines in adherence to controls/policies
Assist with year- end processing and compliance with HMRC filings and distribution of payslip
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Any Graduation (B. Com/B.SC/BA/MBA)
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Hands on experience in end-to-end HRO.
Experience in working with direct clients
Strong attention to detail
Identifying and assessing future and current training needs
Responsible for training delivery for new hires
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
Knowledge of Excel
Experience on ServiceNow, PeopleSoft will be added advantage
