Job Summary
The Manager-Bus.Transformation will play a pivotal role in driving business transformation initiatives within the Life and Annuities Insurance domain. Responsibilities
Lead business transformation projects by implementing LeanFT and Automation tools to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.Oversee the development and execution of transformation strategies within the Life and Annuities Insurance sector to align with company objectives.Provide expert guidance on Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes and reduce operational costs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions.Monitor and evaluate the progress of transformation initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals and timelines.Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation to track progress and facilitate communication among stakeholders.Utilize MS Office tools to prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards while implementing transformation projects.Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team members to adopt best practices and innovative approaches.Analyze data and metrics to assess the impact of transformation initiatives and make data-driven decisions.Coordinate with IT and business units to ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies.Support the development of training programs to enhance team capabilities and ensure successful project implementation.Drive change management efforts to facilitate smooth transitions and minimize disruptions during transformation projects.
Qualifications
