Manager-Business Analyst-IT

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
2. Support senior BAs and project managers in creating BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
3. Conduct research and analyze data to identify business trends and opportunities.
4. Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth implementation of business solutions.
5. Participate in testing processes, including UAT, and document results.
6. Maintain project documentation and track progress.

7. Provide training to end-users and ongoing support for applications..

Required Competencies:

Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Expertise in loan origination systems and regulatory compliance.
Hands-on leading LOS application like FinnOne, SalesForce, Pennant and so on
Understanding of RESTful and SOAP APIs, SQL
Strong stakeholder communication.
