Responsibilities:

 

• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of consultants to ensure high performance and professional growth.

• Finance Transformation: Drive Workday Finance-driven finance transformation engagements, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with client business requirements.

• Best Practices: Recommend and implement best practices related to Workday financial management functionality tailored to clients' business scenarios and needs.

• Workshop Facilitation: Moderate workshops with clients and configuration teams, thoroughly understanding requirements, setting expectations, and managing timelines. This involves significant workstream management and cross-functional collaboration.

• Data Conversion: Consult clients on converting legacy data into Workday format efficiently and accurately.

• Workarounds: Develop innovative solutions and workarounds within Workday to address additional client requirements.

• Integration: Partner with the integration team to brainstorm and execute effective ways to integrate third-party applications with Workday.

• Client Relations: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing enhancement opportunities for existing and new engagements.

• Peer Review & Training: Conduct peer reviews, manage, train, and mentor junior consultants to build a high-performing team.

• Education: CA and/or MBA from a premier business school.

• Experience: 7-10 years of post-qualification experience in finance, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Workday financial management. The candidate should have participated in at least 3 -4 finance workday implementations and should have led two finance Workday implementation

• Certification: Certified in at least one of Workday’s RTR, OTC, or PTP modules.

  • Deep functional knowledge of financial systems and processes.

  • Advanced report writing skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.

• Additional Requirements: Ability to travel up to 25% of the time and manage multiple clients concurrently on short-duration projects.
