Roles and Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes including product research, market research, roadmap development, requirements gathering, and product launch.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for development, including prototyping and iterations.
• Define and gather business requirements, content, workflow, KPIs, and design solutions.
• Create and manage product documents outlining business requirements, business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, and revenue.
• Prioritize requirements based on product scope and roadmap in collaboration with business and tech teams.
• Identify process gaps, document them, and provide solutions to enhance processes for customer migration.
• Develop user stories, test cases, and maintain product backlog for agile delivery.
• Provide input on UI and design, review sprint demos, and conduct stand-up calls to ensure timely product development.
• Collaborate with engineering, testing, marketing, and sales teams on product development and release.

• Assist with pre-sales activities, product demos, client interactions, functional testing, UAT, PROD deployment, and product training.

• Document all feedback, requirements, designs, configurations, meeting notes, test scripts, and project issues.

*Mandatory skill sets  :

• 10+ years of experience in product management.
• Proven experience with B2B products and full product development lifecycle.
• Effective cross-functional team management and people management skills.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Strong writing, editing, presentation, wireframing, and conceptualization skills.

• Act as main point-of-contact for customers and internal teams in addressing process-related enquiries.

*Preferred skill sets 

• Experience in Legal tech domain and Contract Lifecycle Management.

• Minimum 10 years

*Educational Qualification  

• B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant product management specialization
