Job Description

Responsibilities



Manage the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function for the business and ensuring alignment with the strategic goals
Analyze historical and current financial data to understand the business financial condition
Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, collaborating with respective stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment with the business objectives
Drive timely and accurately analysis and management reporting for the business, ensure key financial insights are delivered to senior leadership. This includes variance analysis, trend reporting, and scenario modeling to support decision making
Develop and implement standardized processes, enhance reporting efficiency and data driven decision-making
Work closing with cross functional teams and provide accurate data and reporting to support business strategies
Use advanced Excel and Power Point / Power BI skill to prepare the reports
Ability to deal with ad-hoc requests accurately in fast-paced environment
Eagerness to learn and seek knowledge, strong understanding of accounting principles (revenue recognition etc.) and financial reporting
Partner with the accounting team to support month end close processes, ensure accurate accruals, provisions and reconciliations
Drive cost optimization initiatives for the organization and different functions
Good understanding of revenue financials, revenue recognition, assess operating performance and timely communicate of risks and opportunities to the management

Skills & Experience

Experience in revenue financials, revenue recognition, assess operating performance and timely communicate of risks and opportunities to the management
Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently


Minimum Qualifications


Good interpersonal skills in English both written & Oral
Knowledge of advance excel Power Bi / Power Point skills to prepare presentations.
Good focus on attention to detail and the desire to deliver accuracy and quality
B.COM + MBA / CA/CPA/CMA Qualified with relevant experience in FP&A in

Preferred Qualifications

Awareness of the role and responsibilities of Compliance / Procurement Function
Excellent communication and presentation skills, team player, proactive, result-driven, positive attitude and accountable
