Manager – App Growth Marketing

Were hiring a hands-on app growth marketer to own the full funnel installs activation engagement retention . Youll run performance marketing, build an experimentation engine, and work closely with product to ship improvements that move metrics.

If you like shipping weekly, testing aggressively, and making growth visible on a dashboard (not in slides), this is for you.

What youll do

• Own mobile growth targets and the plan to hit them (acquisition + engagement)
• Run paid acquisition across Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads (and test new channels when it makes sense)
• Build a tight creative testing loop: angles, hooks, formats, landing/onboarding flows
• Improve activation and retention by partnering with product on onboarding, paywalls (if any), notifications, referrals, and loops
• Set up clean measurement: attribution, cohorts, funnels, CAC/LTV, retention curves
• Turn insights into experiments, ship fast, and share learnings clearly
• Manage budgets with ROI discipline spend more when it works, kill it fast when it doesnt
• (Optional) Work with creators/influencers for app installs and finance audiences

What were looking for

• 48 years in app growth / performance marketing / mobile acquisition
• Youve scaled campaigns with real accountability (not just managed agencies)
• Strong with numbers: cohorts, funnels, attribution models, unit economics
• Comfortable writing test plans and running A/B experiments end-to-end
• You move fast, communicate clearly, and dont wait for perfect data
• Based in Mumbai (or willing to be)

Bonus points

• Experience with tools like AppsFlyer/Adjust, GA4, Mixpanel/Amplitude
• Strong creative instincts (copy + angles + hooks)
• Built growth loops: referrals, virality, lifecycle messaging, retention programs
