Job Title: Manager - Finance, Accounts & Treasury
Location: Pune
Reporting to: CFO
Overview of the Role:
Overseeing day to day operational matters related to accounting including AR/AP/Treasury and Payroll.
Local Treasurer: To be accountable for the coordination of Treasury activities and tasks within the country. Ensuring compliance with Group Treasury rules and procedures for all India Entities.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing Transactional accounting, AR/AP/Payroll
Supporting Internal Audit, Statutory audits, and other Audits
Cash flow management, monitoring of collections, supplier payments both in INR and foreign currency
Cash/Investment Management and Treasury related activities like issuance of BG, LC etc
Setting up borrowing limits
Foreign currency dealings including hedging
Validate that internal controls are implemented and operational
Leading the projects related to improvements in operational efficiencies, automation and ERP implementation
Provide adequate coaching to Finance Staff.
Handle relevant compliances- internal and external
Monitor, follow and communicate changes in statutory and financial regulations (incl FEMA) that entail changes in way of working; and consequently, implement such changes wherever needed.
Manage Employee benefit trust compliances
Ensure connect with business managers wherever required.
Local treasurer
Coordinate and facilitate all treasury matters including Group Treasury driven projects in the country/region
Coordinate and ensure compliant for local cash management administration
Ensuring also that local financial risks, including currency exposure risks are handled in accordance with Business Area policies.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:
Chartered Accountant with minimum 6-8 years experience post qualification in the field of Accounting, Auditing, Treasury and Company Law matters.
3+ Years of Managerial/ Leadership experience.
