Key Responsibilities

1. Insurance Placement

• Analyze client risk profiles and insurance requirements.
• Identify suitable insurers for policy placement.
• Obtain quotes from multiple insurance companies.
• Compare terms, pricing, coverage, and exclusions.

2. Negotiation & Coordination

• Negotiate premium rates and policy conditions with insurers.
• Coordinate with underwriting teams of insurance companies.
• Ensure timely placement of policies before renewal deadlines.

3. Documentation

• Prepare placement slips and policy documentation.
• Verify policy wording, endorsements, and coverage details.
• Maintain accurate records of quotes, binders, and policies.

4. Client Support

• Work closely with the client servicing team to ensure proper coverage.
• Provide insurers quotations and placement recommendations.
• Assist in resolving policy issuance or coverage issues.

5. Market Relationship Management

• Maintain relationships with insurance companies.
• Stay updated on insurer appetite, products, and pricing trends.
