About the Role
WAYCA Advisors is seeking professionals with experience in transaction execution, due diligence, and valuation to support advisory engagements. The role involves managing assignments, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and delivering financial analyses that inform strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Transaction Execution & Advisory
- Manage execution of due diligence, valuation, and M&A advisory engagements.
- Analyze financial statements, forecasts, and valuation models to support client decision-making.
- Provide advisory support on deal structuring, capital raising, private equity and venture capital investments, and IPO preparedness.
- Assist with transaction negotiations and support the drafting and review of deal documentation.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Maintain professional relationships with corporates, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in client discussions and support the timely delivery of assignments aligned with engagement objectives.
Team Oversight & Delivery
- Provide guidance to associates and review deliverables to support accuracy and consistency.
- Oversee preparation of analytical reports, investor presentations, information memoranda, and pitch materials.
- Manage multiple assignments while maintaining quality and professional standards.
Practice Development
- Support business development activities, including proposals and client presentations.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives and the enhancement of internal frameworks and methodologies.
Candidate Profile
Required
- Chartered Accountant qualification
- 59 years of experience in transaction advisory, corporate finance, due diligence, or valuation
- Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies, financial modeling, deal structuring, and financial statement analysis
- Demonstrated experience managing assignments and supporting client engagements
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong analytical and presentation capabilities
