Brief Job Description:
- Facilitate soft/behavioral/ technical learning programs
- Assess Training Needs by gathering information about the current level of competencies of participants
- Design and develop Training and Development programs based on both the organizations and the individual's needs
- Design session flow to achieve objectives of behavioural training
- Responsible for rolling out the Training Calendar for the Organisation
- Content creation for training & maintaining training libraries
- Provide feedback to management to assist in the development of training programs that positively impact department performance improvement goals
- Maintain and create dashboards for compliance trackers with details
- Create & evaluate effectiveness of training solutions
- Vendor management as per the requirement
Job Purpose:
- The position ensures all Learning and Capability Development requirements for Alembic Pharmaceuticals is delivered end-to-end

Educational Qualification:
- B.Pharm/ M.Pharm Preferred and Post Graduate
