Position Title: Manager Total Rewards role

Experience Level: 15-18 Years

Full Time

Location: Pune

Notice Period: Immediate to 1 month

Budget: 15-20 L PA Max


Manager of Total Rewards designs and leads global strategy for compensation (base, bonus, equity, executive), benefits (health, wellness, retirement), and recognition, aligning programs with business goals to attract and retain talent, advising C-suite/Board, managing vendors, ensuring compliance, and leveraging data/analytics for competitive, high-performing reward structures. Key duties include annual cycles (salary benchmarking, reviews), M&A due diligence, HRIS oversight, and driving a pay-for-performance culture.


Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute the global total rewards vision, partnering with the CHRO/CEO/Board; lead a high-performing team.

Compensation: Design and manage base pay structures, incentive plans, equity, executive compensation, and annual cycles (benchmarking, job architecture).

Benefits & Wellness: Oversee design, administration, and strategy for health, retirement, and wellness programs.

Analytics & Data: Use workforce analytics, financial modeling, and market data to inform decisions and ensure competitiveness.

Compliance & Governance: Ensure programs meet legal/regulatory requirements (e.g., SEC, ERISA) and establish governance frameworks.

M&A Support: Provide total rewards due diligence and integration support for mergers and acquisitions.

Vendor Management: Negotiate with and manage benefits/compensation survey providers and other vendors.

Communication: Drive clear communication and understanding of rewards programs across the organization.


Key Skills & Qualifications

Extensive experience in total rewards, executive comp, benefits, and HRIS.

Strong analytical, financial, and strategic mindset.

Proven ability to advise senior leadership and the Board.

Expertise in compensation survey analysis and market trends.

Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.

Experience in large, complex, global organizations.
