Manager - Total Rewards
Location: Mumbai
JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for a dynamic Total Rewards Manager to join our HR team and shape how we attract, retain, and engage talent. In this role, you will deliver compensation, benefits, and recognition programs that are competitive, fair, and aligned with our business goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive the annual compensation review cycle from budgeting to final rollout.
Manage and update salary structures and variable pay frameworks to reflect market trends and internal equity.
Lead job evaluations, benchmarking studies, and policy reviews to ensure competitiveness.
Design and implement benefits programs (insurance, wellness, retirement plans) and manage vendor partnerships.
Run rewards & recognition programs that celebrate employee contributions and align with company culture.
Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to align manpower budgets and reward strategies with organizational growth.
Communicate total rewards programs transparently, building trust and engagement with employees.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
610 years of experience in HR with at least 35 years specializing in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards.
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS & BEHAVIOUR
Strong expertise in compensation benchmarking, job evaluation, and benefits administration.
Analytical mindset with comfort in data modelling, budgeting, and HR analytics tools.
Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, innovative, and able to balance cost-effectiveness with talent retention.
