Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline or PG Diploma in Material Management or equivalent.
Minimum 07 years of experience in preparation of tender documents and procurement perfectly in external aided projects. Preference will be given for experience in handling JICA and other Aided Project procurement procedures.

Job Responsibilities

To ensure that UKIHDS executed procurements under the UKIHDP Project are carried out in accordance with the "guidlines for Procurement under Japanese ODA Loans (Employment & Procurement of Goods & Services- 2012)".
Preparing of Annual Action Plan, track of disbursements and obtain UC/SOE on monthly basis.
Monitoring and timely responses to procurement questions raised by the JICA/State Government.
Participate in procurement audits and reviews of the project.
