Manager – Technology Planner (M)

Role Summary:

Serve as the Tech interface for Product Planning and Engineering. Evaluate module changes, BoM/value trade-offs, platform alignment, and generational risks. Plan the evolution of the energy, compute, and electronics stack, ensuring coupled and future-ready product and technology roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support development of Tech-Transition Playbooks and Generational Maps
• Partner with Energy, Electronics & Technology teams; define and document Upgrades & Generational planning.
• Produce risk & trade-off documents for Gate-0 decisions. Analyse Customer benefit vs BOM trade-offs for module upgrades.
• Maintain module reuse/complexity dashboards and platform alignment trackers.
• Coordinate feasibility and SOP timelines with PM.
• Track global shifts in Tech (chemistries, compute architectures, and energy markets).

Ideal Profile:

• 36 years in engineering systems, EV tech, hardware planning, or cross-functional tech roles.
• Strong techno-commercial mindset.
• Experience bridging tech teams & product/business teams is good to have.
