Job Title: IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter
Location-Gurgaon

Job Summary
We are looking for a driven IT Recruiter who can handle end-to-end technical hiring across multiple technologies. The ideal candidate understands IT roles deeply, works closely with hiring managers, and consistently delivers quality talent within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial technical & behavioral assessments
- Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates and stakeholders
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future requirements
- Negotiate compensation and close offers effectively
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain recruitment data, trackers, and reports
- Stay updated with market trends, skill demand, and salary benchmarks
Skills & Requirements
Must-Have
- Proven experience in IT / Technical recruitment
- Strong understanding of technologies such as:
- Java, .NET, Python, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- DevOps, Data, Cybersecurity, Salesforce, SAP, etc.
- Experience hiring for product companies, services firms, startups, or enterprises
- Hands-on experience with ATS, job portals, and LinkedIn sourcing
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under tight timelines and multiple requirements
Good to Have
- Experience with contract hiring / C2H / lateral hiring
- Exposure to global hiring (US, Europe, APAC)
- Exposure to handling multiple clients
- Exposure to handle pressure, go getter attitude
- Team Management & Client Management
- Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing
