Job Title: IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter

Location-Gurgaon

Job Summary

We are looking for a driven IT Recruiter who can handle end-to-end technical hiring across multiple technologies. The ideal candidate understands IT roles deeply, works closely with hiring managers, and consistently delivers quality talent within timelines.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs
  • Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and networking
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial technical & behavioral assessments
  • Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates and stakeholders
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future requirements
  • Negotiate compensation and close offers effectively
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain recruitment data, trackers, and reports
  • Stay updated with market trends, skill demand, and salary benchmarks


Skills & Requirements

Must-Have

  • Proven experience in IT / Technical recruitment
  • Strong understanding of technologies such as:
  • Java, .NET, Python, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • DevOps, Data, Cybersecurity, Salesforce, SAP, etc.
  • Experience hiring for product companies, services firms, startups, or enterprises
  • Hands-on experience with ATS, job portals, and LinkedIn sourcing
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work under tight timelines and multiple requirements


Good to Have

  • Experience with contract hiring / C2H / lateral hiring
  • Exposure to global hiring (US, Europe, APAC)
  • Exposure to handling multiple clients
  • Exposure to handle pressure, go getter attitude
  • Team Management & Client Management
  • Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing
